Sarah trained initially with the British Wheel of Yoga and then completed her yoga therapy training to facilitate her interest in working one to one with people. She teaches general yoga classes in North Norfolk and Norwich and also Chair Yoga for people who find getting up and down from the floor difficult. Sarah sees individuals for Yoga therapy at her home in Lower Southrepps and in Norwich. She is especially interested in helping people with migraine, asthma, anxiety and depression. Sarah has been teaching since 1993.
