Louise began her studies with Kripalu Yoga in 2000 and went to the Kripalu Yoga Institute, in Boston MA (USA), in February 2004 where she completed her 200hr month long intensive training in asanas, anatomy, yogic philosophy, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. I believe Yoga Therapy to be empowering in treating the whole person and not just there condition. Practiced as a preventative and not a cure. Specialising in all general conditions. |
