Previously trained by & worked for the NHS in hydrotherapy / physiotherapy - based in a specialist multi-disciplinary community team supporting adults with severe learning disabilities & complex physical needs. Awarded Siromani at Sivananda's first yoga Teacher Training Course in England (2002), 2 year Yoga Therapy Diploma Course with YBT (2003-5), ongoing, regular, update CPD & training including Structural Yoga Therapy with Mukunda Stiles.
